Synthera compounds are independently sourced from a GMP-tier facility. Each lot is tested by a third-party lab for purity and identity. We don't drop-ship and we don't relabel — every vial is traceable to its specific batch.

Every lot is independently tested via HPLC and mass spectrometry by a third-party analytical lab. The full Certificate of Analysis (COA) is referenced by lot number and travels with each order. We publish all COAs in the COAs & Test Results section.

Synthera ships at a 99%+ purity specification verified by HPLC. Endotoxin levels are kept below 0.5 EU/mg. Vials that don't clear spec are held for retest or destroyed — they don't ship.

All Certificates of Analysis are published on the COAs page, sorted by date and indexed by product. Your specific lot number prints on every order's packing slip.

Yes. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short transit, but Synthera ships every order in insulated packaging with cold packs to preserve compound integrity from our lab to your bench. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm ET.

Most US orders deliver within 2–3 business days via tracked carrier service. You'll receive a tracking number by email within an hour of dispatch.

Free shipping applies on orders over $250. Below that, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Each vial ships with a printed COA card referencing the specific lot, a research-use-only notice, and reconstitution guidance. Bacteriostatic water is sold separately — pair with any peptide order.

Reconstitute lyophilized peptide with bacteriostatic water (typically 1–3 mL depending on dosage and intended concentration). Inject the diluent against the inside wall of the vial and gently swirl — do not shake. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 30 days.

Lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature for short periods, but for long-term storage we recommend refrigeration at 2–8°C. Avoid temperature cycling.

Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement before they enter dispatch. After dispatch, modifications aren't possible — but a refund is available if the package is refused at delivery.
